Position Overview:
Manages the flow of inbound shipments in the manner that is most efficient, cost effective. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to handle, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl. The employee must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Shift Hours: 6am-2:30pm (overtime eligible as needed)
Location: 615 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receives and inspects all incoming material
  • Accurately match physical part with information on packing slip
  • Print and place barcode label on products
  • Receive all items accurately in ERP system
  • Email communication
  • Fork truck experience
  • Scans and stores packing slips on server
  • 5S Lean workplace (keep area clean and organized)
  • Moves the respective material into the correct Warehouse Location for put away
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • This role involves cross-training opportunities in other departments to enhance skills and support team needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Good math skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Receiving
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Familiarity with computer programs supporting shipping activities (specifically ERP systems)
  • Ability to work independently to complete milestones
  • Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities
  • Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines
  • Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
