Position Overview:
Reads and interprets instructions, assembles parts and tools, and fits electronic components together. Inspects wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits. Assembles electrical or electronic systems or support structures and installs components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment. Verifies dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to blueprint specifications, using instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. Tests functional performance to ensure wiring and assemblies are operational.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience demonstrated fabrication, sheet metal, carpentry or related experience. 
• Possess the basic understanding of measuring, torque tolerance and hardware assembly.
• Ability to work independently to complete milestones.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quality and productivity standards within team.
• Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities.
• Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, customer service and teamwork. 

Desired Qualifications
• Ability to read, comprehend and understand blueprints.
• Demonstrated ability in and electro mechanical processes for fabricating and assembling control panels.
• Technical degree related to wiring or electro mechanical assembly preferred.
